By using Thaki Plus or subscribing to any of its services designed for Individuals, Productive Families, Small & Medium Enterprises, and Large Corporations, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Thaki Plus is a personal & business budgeting app providing expense tracking, savings goals, Zakat and VAT tools, and on-device bank-SMS analysis.

• The app offers various subscription tiers tailored for Individuals, Productive Families, Small & Medium Enterprises, and Large Corporations.
• Fees are dynamic and vary depending on the chosen subscription tier and plan (Monthly or Annually) as detailed in our official pricing table.
• Payments are processed by Moyasar, a Saudi-licensed payment gateway.
• Displayed prices may include 15% VAT where applicable.
• You can cancel anytime from account settings.

Because the service is digital, subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except in cases of verified technical failure. Contact billing@thaki-plus.com.

• You may not use the service for any activity that violates Saudi law.
• No unauthorized access, scraping, or attempts to compromise the service.
• Data you enter must be accurate and lawfully yours.
• Accounts are personal; do not share credentials.

Thaki Plus is an informational and organizational tool, not regulated financial or Shariah advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of automated transaction categorization. All financial decisions remain your responsibility.

All rights to the app, logos, and content are owned by Thaki Plus and protected by IP laws. No reproduction or commercial use without written permission.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
